Illinois is spammed a lot, report says

Illinois ranks among the top 10 most heavily spammed states in the U.S., according to a report released Thursday by a unit of Symantec, the maker of Norton anti-virus software.

The report put Illinois at No. 5, with a rate of 91.6 percent, meaning that roughly nine out of 10 e-mails sent to businesses are spam.
Idaho topped the list at 93.8 percent. Illinois' level exceeded the global spam rate, which clocks in at 86.4 percent...
