Report: Online shopping still ‘work in progress’ - Dayton Business Journal:

A report from Tealeaf Technology Inc. and Harris Interactive shows growing use of web sites for all sorts of transactions, and a slight improvement in the quality of users’ experience there, but says that “online customer experience is still very much a work in progress.”

The report shows 80 percent of adults using web sites for transactions reported problems in the past year. Past Tealeaf research showed that number consistently around 87 percent. Businesses may be more focused on better online customer experience, Tealeaf said...
