Innovation city's niche Intelligent Community Forum founder says

You can read about an intelligent community on paper, but there's nothing like coming in for a visit, even if the weather isn't as conducive to travel as would be ideal, Intelligent Community Forum co-founder and evaluator Lou Zacharilla noted after a business roundtable in the Dublin Community Recreation Center Friday, Feb. 27.

Dublin was recently named as one of the top seven Intelligent Communities of the Year by the ICF, and is a finalist for the Intelligent Community of the Year award...
