The Columbus Dispatch : Internet still not for everyone

Jordan Rice begins each day with a quick check of his Facebook account and pulls out his cell phone to send a couple of text messages to his girlfriend. If he wants to socialize, 17-year-old Jordan messages one of his 511 Facebook friends.
