Broadband deal will miss some

According to information released by the Ohio Consumers' Counsel, Frontier Communications will only be required to provide broadband internet access to 85 percent of their customers by 2013.

Frontier is finalizing a deal to purchase the land based telephone communications infrastructure currently owned by Verizon in Ohio and 13 other states.
