Technology firm acquires data center in Dayton area

DAYTON — A local technology firm announced Monday, Aug. 2, that it has acquired a hardened data center facility in an undisclosed location in the Dayton metro region.
Stratacache officials, who boasts that their company is the “leading provider of scalable, high performance digital signage, content distribution and enterprise video acceleration technologies,” have invested $3.25 million into acquiring a 10,000 square foot data center, technology and software systems, according to Paula Polei, spokesperson for Stratacache.
