Twitter lists roll out to the public - PC World

When many users start out on Twitter, they follow a boatload of people and build a presence with their tweets. Soon, however, the list of people followed becomes so enormous it's nearly impossible to sort through all the blurbs.

In comes the solution, Twitter's newest feature: Lists. Introduced earlier this month, Twitter Lists does precisely what its name implies: allows users to organize people into manageable lists and even broadcast these groups to friends.
